Farewell party for Ron

Farewell Ron, Hello AK!

Our good friend and General Sales Manager Ron McVeigh is leaving Honda of El Cerrito and taking his talents to Hendrick Durham Auto Mall in Durham, North Carolina. Ron has been an important part of our team for many years, and we know he’ll be a great asset to the Hendrick Durham team. We had a great farewell party for Ron last week. We’re going to miss him but are excited to welcome AK Qadir as our new General Sales Manager!

Mr. Qadir has years of invaluable experience in car sales. In the past, he has worked at several other Honda dealerships in the Bay Area. Prior to finding his passion in the automotive industry, AK was a Mixed Martial Arts fighter but has since settled down with his wife and three kids.

AK says that his first love in life was the car business and everything else comes second. We are excited for his passion and look forward to working with him here at Honda of El Cerrito. We also wish Ron the best in his new position.
