Putting More “Service” in the Service Department

We are so thrilled to have our new Service Director, Jim Praul, on board. Jim has 26 years of automotive experience and we are fortunate to have him heading our Service Department. Since he started at Honda of El Cerrito a couple of months ago he has made so many positive changes to our Service Department. Jim listens to what our service customers want and constantly strives to provide the high level of service they deserve. Here are just a few of the customer-oriented improvements Jim has made:



• Zero diagnostic fees – We have done away with prohibitive diagnostic fees. Now, if your check engine light comes on in your car, just bring it in and we will diagnose the problem for free.

• Easier to get in for service – Jim has expanded our service appointment schedule making it easier than ever to promptly get a service appointment for your car.

• Faster service – Jim has hired additional service advisors to ensure that your vehicle will be serviced quickly.
